The classic soup: rich, savory and delicious. Also enjoy over rice.
2 cans (15 oz.) La Criolla Black Beans (undrained)
2 Tbsp. La Criolla Olive Oil
1 tsp. La Criolla Oregano
1 tsp. La Criolla Cumin
2 La Criolla Whole Bay Leaves
1 tsp. White vinegar
1 tsp. Brown sugar
1 tsp. La Criolla Adobo
2 Tbsp. La Criolla Sazon
1 cup water
½ cup finely chopped onions for garnish
In saucepan on medium, combine all ingredients. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer uncovered until desired consistency, about 10 minutes. Discard bay leaf. Garnish with onions.
