A long-time staple in ethnic dining, hummus has become a mainstream favorite. Creamy, garlicky and dairy-free, it's the classic that's ready in a snap, when you make it with La Criolla Chick Peas (garbanzos). Serve with pita bread, crackers or your favorite raw vegetable.

2 Tbsp. La Criolla Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. La Criolla Ground Garlic
2 Tbsp. tahini paste
1/4 tsp. La Criolla Ground Cumin (optional)
3 Tbsp. water
