  Stewed Pinto Beans  
     
 

1 15 oz. can La Criolla Pinto Beans
½ green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons La Criolla Sazon
1 medium potato, cubed
4 oz. La Criolla Tomato Sauce
1 tsp La Criolla Olive Oil

Heat oil in medium saucepan. Add pepper and cook until soft. Add beans, tomato sauce and potato and cook on low for 40 minutes. Ham or chorizo may be added if desired to vary flavor.
