1 whole chicken, cut up
3 Tbsp. Adobo La Criolla
2 cups vegetable oil La Criolla
Make small incisions in chicken pieces. Season chicken liberally with La Criolla Adobo. Allow chicken to marinate in refrigerator for at least one hour. Heat oil on low heat in frying pan for 15 minutes. Cook chicken for 1 hour, turning occasionally. |
